TWISF piggery fields is an initiative that provides structurally silenced women with an opportunity to thrive in pig farming, it provides them with space to start small-scale subsistence pig farming and supports them to increase their household income, the initiative provides them with pig farming skills, knowledge on saving and growing their business, searches for market for their products and links them to wider pig farming groups all over Uganda. The aim of this is to use this avenue to reduce gender-based violence; build persons of resilience improve their status in the community and increase their household income
